We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well cared for. The location was perfect, as it was near the airport and within walking distance of the town centre, where we found plenty of bars and restaurants. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Convenient 24/7 check-in, key ready at reception. Helpful staff, clean room with comfy bed. Strong wifi, easy access to Gatwick Airport by bus or 10-min walk to train station. Good selection of nearby eateries.

The hotel was in a convenient location, close to restaurants and shops. It was also very close to the airport, which was exactly what we needed. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided good service. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. the hotel had facilities such as DVD rental, which was a nice added advantage.
There was an issue with the wifi connection, as my phone kept disconnecting.

We arrived at Gainsborough Lodge after a delayed flight and were relieved to find that they had left the key for us, allowing us to check in late at night. The room and bathroom were perfectly fine, and I appreciated being able to make tea in the room. The lovely backyard added a nice touch to our stay. Additionally, the shuttle bus to and from the airport was a convenient and efficient service.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The location, just a short distance from Gatwick airport, was incredibly convenient for my early morning flight. The staff were friendly and helpful, resolving any issues promptly and providing a speedy resolution. The room was well-furnished with all the basic amenities I needed, including a private bathroom. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and a shuttle service that offered great value for the whole family. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide variety of options and even included drinking water. this hotel provided a fantastic experience.
